Production boost with HOLZMA
Zhejiang Sunon Furniture, based in Hangzhou, is one of China's largest office furniture manufacturers. The company has been using high-tech machines from HOMAG for a long time and has grown dynamically over the years. This is demonstrated by the production targets for a newly established plant with high-tech production technology.

		Ambitious expansion aims With the new plant, Zhejiang Sunon hopes to increase series production sevenfold in the medium term! This is an ambitious target, which the responsible managers can achieve with the specially installed HOLZMA HKL 430 angular system, a HOMAG edge gluing machine and a WEEKE drill line. The angular system from HOLZMA allows fully-automatic production. The panel material is cut crosswise and lengthwise according to complete, usually complex cutting patterns at high speed. The HKL 430 and two additional HPL 430 saws are provided with optimised cutting patterns generated by the optimisation software Cut Rite. Data is transferred to the saws online from the work preparation department. The key benefits for Sunon gentle material processing less manual handling, especially important with large panels more performance on a comparably smaller production area
