Extended on-call service
Our Call Center is available Monday to Friday from 6pm to 7am (CET). We have set this up for urgent issues. Especially for such emergencies, HOLZMA personnel are on-call around-the-clock. You will be informed in advance of any charges that will be in incurred.
Work break
Our on-call service is not available on Saturdays from 12 noon, on Sundays and official (German) holidays including the period from 6pm to midnight on the day leading up to them and from midnight to 7am on the following day.
