HOLZMA has a large team of experienced experts for on-site service and support. Upon request, they will check all the settings and ensure maximum efficiency from assembly, through maintenance right up to production optimisation during operation.

Assembly designed for performance right from the start
Whether single saw, angular system or large industrial unit, the HOLZMA on-site service team ensures your new HOLZMA saw is professionally assembled and commissioned. The team coordinates and controls the installation of even very large systems all over the world. The result is a fully operational panel saw system that can be smoothly integrated in your production process.

Comprehensive, tailored inspections
The more intelligently inspections are completed, the higher the reliability. For this reason, HOLZMA will adust the inspection intervals to suit your machine utilisation. This guarantees high reliability for low outlay. In the course of the inspection, HOLZMA technicians check all the basic settings of your saw as well as wear, functionality and safety. Subsequently, they write a comprehensive report.

Custom maintenance and repairs
The on-site service team completes any maintenance work required in a professional, efficient manner and quickly repairs the machine, should this be necessary. Downtime is reduced to a minimum and the full performance of the saw is always available.

Monitoring and optimisation of production by experts
