58 people celebrating their jubilees and two recent retirees celebrated the occasion at the Hotel Ochsen in Höfen. The event included a sparkling wine reception, a welcome speech by the Managing Director, a small concert by the chamber orchestra of the Calw music school and of course a culinary feast.
In his welcome speech, Managing Director Eckhard Hörner-Maraß thanked the employees for their loyalty and tirelessness: "Our most valuable asset is our employees who have remained true to HOLZMA for many years with the utmost motivation and dedication – through the good times and the more challenging times." He praised all those present for their successful contribution to the development of the company. "An excellent mix of experienced employees with strong skills and a young, talented junior trainee workforce is what makes HOLZMA so strong." Eckhard Hörner-Maraß also gave his warmest thanks to the invited partners of those present.
"A company is only as good as its employees", according to Managing Director Walter Visel. Which is why HOLZMA Plattenaufteiltechnik GmbH in Holzbronn greatly values structures based on partnerships. "Our jubilee employees, who together represent 940 happy years at HOLZMA, are testament to the relaxed working atmosphere at our company."
