Connected to the BARGSTEDT storage system TLF 410, the well-equipped HPP 380 profiLine saw was a real hit, with the Domino System deserving a special mention. This ensures that the work area is quickly cleared for cutting the next parts – even with large quantities as are achieved when cutting with the Power Concept option. The Domino System comprises fully-automated labelling near the pressure beam, the parts buffer, one or more destacking carriages and the corresponding software module "Destacking display for destacking carriages" in the CADmatic 4 PROFESSIONAL controller.
An exciting innovation is how the software now calculates the number of carriages and their configuration. Subsequent processing can also be considered where destacking is carried out according to order, machine, or process as required by the user. Up to six carriages can be handled. The automatically attached label and the monitor screen show the operator what needs to be deposited where – this system is clear and simple. This speeds up the cutting process and prevents errors, giving the machine operator more time for other activities and increasing productivity.
In addition to this, the HPP 380 profiLine horizontal beam saw was equipped with the energy-saving ecoLine technologies, which can bring annual energy savings of up to 20%. Other equipment included cost-saving options packages such as the angle cut package or the grooving and cut-out package. Remote control operation and the panel lifting aid ensured ergonomic handling of large panels in particular.
