Destacking carriage

The destacking carriage is very flexible and can accommodate panels and parts both horizontally or vertically. It transports the finished elements, well protected from damage, to the next processing step or holds any offcuts that may have resulted. Like this, the workflow after the saw is also well organised.

The advantages:

the destacking spaces can be freely assigned
clear arrangement of the destacking stations for the panels
all parts are destacked in an inclined position
contact surfaces are covered with fabric or equipped with rollers
panels in the carriage "racks" can easily be flicked through for easy selection
parts can easily be retrieved for subsequent processing
in the case of the preferred vertical destacking variant, parts are not moved on their lower edges
the operator does not have to move the panels/parts as much on the way to the destacking position
maximum flexibility thanks to the inclined vertical supports and the inclined brackets, which have four height lock positions
the carriage is equipped with a number of brackets. Brackets that are not in use are stored in the drawer so that the carriage is always fully equipped
carriages can be linked, one behind the other
