At the 2010 Holz-Handwerk fair, HOLZMA presented the new optional feed solution Easy2Feed for the HPP 250 saw. The response was very positive.

Handling and transportation solutions were the main focus for HOLZMA at the Holz-Handwerk fair. The Domino System, with its latest enhancements, was particularly popular.

The new "Manual Production List" module of the CADmatic 4 PROFESSIONAL controller software allows fast and simple data input at the saw.

Representatives of the HOLZMA service team were also present at Holz-Handwerk in Nuremberg – not only did they offer help and advice, but they were also there to present their latest service offering.

In the second half of 2009, HOLZMA successively launched five new angular systems. The new HKL 410 and HKL 430 now complement the 4 series range. The models HKL 530, HKL 550 and HKL 570 were added to the 5 series.

It has now become a tradition: After the winter break, HOLZMA invites all those who celebrated a jubilee in the previous year to a celebratory evening. Employees who retired during this period are also invited.

The society "Herz für demente Menschen" were pleased to receive this year's HOLZMA Christmas donation of €5000.

For the fifth time, HOLZMA is the best company of the HOMAG Group. The annual performance, i.e. overall performance according to set KPIs was measured.

The new Domino System: Allows fast, structured and ergonomic labelling, buffering and destacking of parts.

HOLZMA equipped an angular system with an additional router unit specially designed for high-end, batch-size-1 production.

The new ecoLine technologies are now available for all HOLZMA saws of the 3 series – in other words, for the HPP 350 and the HPP, HPL and HKL 380 saws. And most of them come as standard features.

The new destacking carriage is extremely flexible. No matter whether you are stacking the parts horizontally or vertically – you can do so quickly and without damaging the material, and then transport them to the next processing step.

With Soft Touch, pressure-sensitive materials can be processed in the saw without any damage. This technology was invented by Markus Ungerer. The graduate of the University of Pforzheim received the trade sponsorship award.

HOLZMA sent the 5 series mineral casting base to be put through its paces by the material testing facility of the University of Stuttgart before series production. The results exceeded all expectations.

For the first time in the history of panel-sizing technology, this innovation means that the scoring saw can be adjusted fully automatically. HOLZMA took first place at the innovations symposium.
